Stroll ~ A simple game

Hello again, folks.

I bring you something I've been working on for the past couple of weeks, and that I finally finished just moments ago. It's a game with a very simple concept, and a very simple name as well: "Stroll".

The idea of this game came to me while I was watching the sky in my roof a couple of weeks ago, the day I finished my exams. I was finally calm, after all that stress... I could finally breath. So I wanted to make a game- a simple game, something just relaxing and simple.
I kept watching the sky for a long time, and then the exact idea came to my mind: Pinkie in a stroll along a big, big valley. That was it.

"It's avery bad idea for a game", I said to myself. "But still, I want to make it".
And so, I started this project, with that idea in my mind, that imaginary picture...

It may sound weird... but this game is just about exploring. You have no objectives, you can't interact with anything... you just have Pinkie, and a big 2D platformer-like valley to explore.

Can I call this an "Art Game"? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Art_game)

Anyway, I won't explain any further details about it, because I want you (if interested, of course) to experience the game yourself. You might like it or you might not, but still, I'm really glad I did this, and I'm very satisfied with the results... that's all that matters, isn't it? :)

And thank y'all a lot for your time, everypony.

Blog changes and update

Hi there, folks! I bring you some news to keep you updated.

First of all, the MLR project is not dead. I just have been in the last months of classes, and that means lots and lots of exams and study. I didn't even have much time to work in my music either!
Luckily, the exams are finally ending, and that means I'll regain my free time. Hooray for vacations!

Anyway, the actual main reason of why I'm making this post is to announce a decision I've made:
From now on, this blog will not only be centered in MLR info, but in all of my games. That way, I'll be able to post information about progress in my other games as well, so stay tuned!

The new URL will be http://sillymaregames.blogspot.com/ (don't ask me why)
I'll update the header image, links and blog info later, because I'm dead tired right now.

Anyway, see you soon, guys!

Continuing on to the second level!

Level-select menu + v0.28a out!

Hello there, everypony!

Just a small update, I finally added a level-select menu (quite useless right now, since there's only 1 level). I like how it looks! Check it out:

Anyway, I also fixed a small bug in the tutorial, and added a special ending screen for a Perfect score, so now v0.28a is out. You can download it from the 'Downloads' section!

See you later, everypony!

New gameplay footage video!

Hello there!

I just uploaded a new video about the current v0.25a, be sure to check it out!

See you later, guys! Gotta get some sleep now~

Welcome!

Welcome, everypony!

I've decided to create a blog for this new project of mine, called "My Little Rhythm".
What is this all about? Well...

Inspired mainly by MysteryBen27's "Rhythm is Magic" videos, and the Rhythm Heaven games themselves, I decided to start a Rhythm Heaven-like pony game.
It will take some time, as I'll work in this only in my free time- but I'll keep this blog updated, as well as upload some videos every now and then, and you'll be able to download each new version that comes out.

Anyway, you can check out this first video I uploaded a few days back, in which I show you the basics of the game system, and what I call the "level 0". This video shows an already outdated version of the game, but still it works as a demostration.

Anyway, I hope you like it, guys! In a few minutes, I'll upload a new video showing some new stuff.

If you're interested in the project, be sure to follow the blog!
And go tell your friends! :P

See you later!
